Where is the feed for power windows and the AC blowers on a 1995 Suburban? I am not finding where it gets it's power from and I have a bad connection somewhere. The under-hood power fuse block had a new wire on it and from there I don't see where power goes. The AC fans are causing the EGT gauge to 'turn off' from low voltage.

Does the same thing happen with the windows?

I checked the wiring diagrams and they dont share any power wires or connectors, but The windows and AC blower controls seem to share a common ground. Its called G200, but there is no picture for it. It just says its on the LH side of instrument panel below the fuse panel. Is there a fuse panel in the cab on that?

The windows run off a dedicated circuit breaker, whereas the blower off the AC & Htr fuse. Do you want to know wire colors or something like that?

The front blower has a separate add on ground. The windows do 'turn off' the EGT gauge. There is a separate fuse panel in the cab where you open the driver's side door to get to it on the side of the dash.

I'll check the G200.

The voltmeter in the dash and ECM always have read lower voltage. So I just need to track down the high resistance connection.

I assume it is the power wire going to that in cab fuse panel.

My notes says that G200 is at left kick panel.

The G200 is for the blower controls, the actual blower is grounded at engine ground G105, which is the one right by the passenger battery. It does seem better to ground it closer to the motor itself.

The windows and blower itself dont seem to share any power sources. The blower gets direct power from underhood fuse. The controls and windows both seem to get power from the ignition switch in "Run". I find it odd that the windows wouldnt have a relay. It just says Hot when in "Run" and to the circuit breaker in the in cab fuse panel. Same as the HVAC controls.

So it could be the wire from the ignition to the in-cab fuse panel, or the switch, but drawings dont show that wire or connection, probably a Large Pink wire.

I cleaned up the positive connection at the back of the under hood fuse box. Ran a new wire to it from the battery positive. Had to take the stud out and clean between the buss bars for the mega fuses.

Then I found the frame ground to engine wire left off from the alternator upgrade. It was a black wire on a black engine between the valve cover and alternator bracket... I added a cab to engine ground wire.

Then I found some wire repairs under the column that needed attention.

I now have a EGT gauge that only goes out when all 4 windows are jammed up when the engine is off. I could source it's power elsewhere than the internal fuse box...
