PMS

Rode some last week end. Wife took an 65 mile test ride on an 09 FLSTC heritage. She loved it. So this saturday we pick up her new bike.

We traded her 07 883L in on it. They are doing the MSRP deal for the trade, not bad considering her bike has 22K + miles on it in 21 months.

She is real happy so I an sure we will ride a bit this week end, even in the 30 degree weather

I got the Broke Motorcicle Syndrome. Went for a ride the other day and almost had to walk home. I think one of those fancy sensors took a crap. Sometimes I wish I had a carbed bike. Well only this one time. Should be covered under warranty, but I still had to remove my Power Commander. What a pain in the butt!

Well here are a few pictures of the New bike the I bought the wife. It's a 2009 FLSTC Heritage. We got it this past Saturday and she has put 240 miles on it so far in the cold.

The MSRP for the sportster trade in was a great deal. Especially considering her 21 month old bike had 22K miles on it.

New bike again.

The bike has the up graded smooth aluminum rims, Full smart security system and siren. I also added the mustach engine guard, saddle bag guards, detachable back rest and lugage rack and a wind shield bag.

Hopefully soon to come are dual fishtails for exhaust to go for the 50's looks

Very Very nice. I have a thing for those softail classics. How wide is the pillion on the bike? My wife hates hers...too small she says lol. I need to buy a 14" I guess.

I wish your wife all the best with her new ride.

I think it is 11 inches wide...

Its of the bike now, as is the detachable back rest and luggage rack, for the stripped down look unless we are taking a road trip. Then it goes on to haul luggage:thumbsup:
