PMD relocation

So, I finally moved the PMD from the manifold to the bumper.
The FSDCooler(tm) was moved from its old home on the manifold to a simple bracket I build and mounted on the bumper.

I built a PMD extention cable from 18ga wire and these connector parts:

Mouser Electronics:

829-12066317 - metri pak 6 way connector
829-12103881 - metri pak female terminals​

Casper Electronics:

410015 - connector
504008 - male terminals​

Ya I know, the title is wrong, PMD not PDM. At work its PDM, dam dyslexia.

Looks good, are those connectors a direct plug in between the PMD and the harness off the pump. In the past people couldn't find the right couplers.

Here are a couple pics of my install, no bracket just drilled a couple holes on the upper rear lip of the bumper right above the cooling nostril.

i used the license plate holder bolt hoses and an old drawer rail for a support for the heatsink

Thats where mine is attached, dead center

its a good spot and its hard for dirt and snow to get all the way in there
