What Plug-In uses an Icon that looks like a Puzzle Piece?

I'm trying to Watch Video's on a Site, and it Says the Required Plug-In is not Installed.
 
I think Microsoft Silverlight. I'm not 100% sure though. But, that would explain why it only works on the IE browser. :D

I think the icon is just one that Chrome uses to say something is missing.. What type of file or media are you trying to view???

That sounds more realistic, I've never used Chrome so..

I thought everyone used FireFox. :D
 
when it says a plugin is missing you click on the green icon and it will ask you to download a small file that will let you play the video. I dont know why they do that or why they need it.
