I have this guy saved as a favorite seller on my Ebay account. He mostly deals with Powerstroke stuff, but happens to have a 6.5 he's parting out. The auction linked above is for the ECM, but he says that he's parting out the entire engine.
I'm in Sioux Falls often, as it's only 35 minutes from my home town. I've met this guy before, and he's pretty good to deal with.
