Howdy all,

We're facing problems with a 1994 K1500.

This truck starts almost easy at cold, idles fine and get good power. No codes.

After she warms up and reaches the functional temp, she won't restart after shut down. We killed batteries and she never restart.

The guys put a new D-tech PMD, relocated behind the grille, but that didn't solve the problem.

I remarked that, by wiggling the key, I succeed in restarting the beast, so, I assume the culprit is the icnition switch.

The problem is that I can't find any part # for this. 1994 have ignition switch like 1995 and others ? right ? So I don't understand why it doesn't appear in the catalog.

Any of you can help by providing this part # ?

That being said, what can cause no restart when warm ?

Thanks.

tilt wheel 1990116 straight column 1990115 about $35 . Also try pouring water on IP see if it helps if it does IP is getting worn.

LMC Truck has them for $20.
They list two switches for 88-94 one for tilt, one not. The 95-up models are different parts.

If you want, when you place your next order let me know what other parts you need and I will stick them in the box to.
