Hi,

I need to replace both my rear parking brake cables (emergency brake) but have no idea which one to buy??

2003 Chevrolet Silverad 3500 4x4 dually wrecker tow truck

Right hand side

GM 15941084 is for trucks w/o wide track rear axle
GM 15941085 is for trucks with wide track rear axle
GM 15130816 is for trucks with wide track rear axle

Left hand side

15941081 is for trucks w/o wide track rear axle
15941082 is for trucks with wide track rear axle
15020669 is for trucks with wide track rear axle

************************************************

So how do I know if I have a wide track rear end or not??
Dos it tell in optionlist in the glove compartment?
And if I have a wide track rear axle which one of the 2 different part numbers fits my truck?

If you need my VIN let me know in a PM, ok?

I'm pretty sure my truck do NOT have the wide track rear axle but wanted a second opinion?

Does this one have dual tanks or just a single? The dual tank models I believe use the non wide track cables, but not 100% on that.

According to GmPartsDirect.com my cables are:

15020669 and 15310818

669 I found but 818 I can't find anywhere on Google so I guess they typed the wrong number?
