Painting Wheels

I got the 16 inch stock wheels that came on six lug trucks and suvs. i was thinking of painting them black. any suggestions on how to make it somewhat nice looking and not like i sprayed it with some spray paint and called it a day. thanks for the help guys. they look like this

Have you considered having them powder coated? Not sure what the center cap is made of. If this is not an option here is a web page that is quite detailed about how to paint them. Good luck and post some pictures when your done.
