I'm not a mariner, but I've heard of boats with two engines inboard, they spin opposite. Something funky happens if they both turn the same way.

Ya the boat will pull to one side if the props don't spin opposite and kind of cancel each other. Easier to understand than explain.

yes called prop walk, it also happens on single prop larger boats

Thats why I don't understand not showing minimum bid. Unless its just trying to get bidders addicted to the idea of the item before seeing the actual lowest possible cost.
