P Pump 12V Cummins w/ HD Allison

That is a LOW RPM engine, I believe redline is 2350 or 2500 on it. You would need 3.08's just to be able to run over 70 with a 235/85/16 tire. And depending on which trans it has, you could be SERIOUSLY limited on your swap options. Looks as though some of these got the AT643 which is a BIG transmission, and weighs in around 460 pounds. The AT545 is still pretty large, but weighs in at a more reasoneable 275 pounds.
 
I'm not personally looking to do a Cummins swap but I've seen the 545 behind a 6.2 banks truck in a crew cab dually
The 545 I believe isn't all that much bigger than a TH-400 since they share some parts. If it has the AT643, that is a BIG trans for a 5.9L.
