I was working on this project before my truck went down after SunCoast's open house...

Finally finished it up yesterday with some help from Steve(Dura-Ration)

Now the ol' gal has an 04' motor 05' front end and a SC V from last june...

as my wife puts it when talking about some womens vanity procedures..."She's had some work"

not only that...She is quite the lush... sipping on moonshine like she does):h

Here's a before picture...

Oh WOW, that looks good. Until seeing them next to each other like that you don't have the right perspective. Is that a Duramax - Allison Transmissions badge I see on the door too?

nah...just the 01' badge that says DURAMAXDIESEL wouldn't mind have a pair of them(D/A) ...just haven't found them cheap enough yet...

Lookin good. How do you like those tow mirrors? I was considering them, but figured the factory style have bigger glass and thought I'd be able to see out of them a lot easier.

While I like the style and functionality...they are plenty big enough...the power mirrors haven't worked for me in a while...I'm not saying it's the mirrors fault...I just never thought or got around to check the switch on the door...don't know much about electrical things...

Now you can lie and tell people you have an 07 classic...Since that style didnt change until the new body style LMM's. That style was from 03-07 classic actually and it looks great.

You know Paul

Nick, you know Paul wouldn't lie about that. :nono: Though maybe a ticket from a florida cop while passing through is a possibly.):h

Now you will get all of the GM truck aficionados confused. They will be scratching their heads saying that can't be a 2001 GM Duramax.
