OT 97 Jetta for work car?

Mods please let it stay just for a little bit so I can get some info here from the folks that I know & trust.

I have been looking for a TDI Jetta to drive to work & found this. Gonna go look at tomorrow morning.

I could really use some feedback from this group, I know nothing about these.

x2 on TDIclub.com. Excellent source. The 97 was a little different motor/fuel set up than what came out in 2000 so it would be worth your time to check it out.

loved my 2001 Jettu up to the point of daughter's impact with honda accord last month.
