Optic bump or TCD offset

I now have my AE software and was wondering what is the best route to go for tweeking a little more power out of the motor also have a 4" SS exhaust to go on to.

The problem with the 'bump' is the accel pedal becomes very sensitive, way more sensitive than it already is because PCM is unaware of the alteration - some drivers learn to compensate for that, some cannot - it is the poor-man's alternative to the TIMING and TDCO procedure, which does the same thing electronically, and since PCM LEARNS and is aware of the change, accel pedal sensitivity remains unchanged - some have done both, but accel pedal sensitivity still increases with the 'bump'
