 Kudos to Leroy/Burning Oil at pmdcable.com

The OPS ext kit is great.:D
Since I was replacing it and didn't have a 27mm deep socket, I just broke the black plastic off the old one and took it out with a normal 27 (IIRC) .

After taking the opportunity to replace the fuel hoses with silicone ones, I installed the OPS "hose" and mounted the copper OPS holder on the 2 PS upper intake (top hat) bolts.

I bent the copper holder to have the OPS horizontal, and be pointed at the firewall.

There's plenty of hose to keep the OPS in any position and still use the original harness and plug; No harness extension needed!
Now, it's easy to access for replacement and for adding a LP relay (later)

Then, (my favorite part) I mounted the new OPS with a pair of Crescent wrenches to the "hose".

Pictures to follow as soon as I can wrestle MY camera from the kids. ):h

OH, and on edit, now I get actual oil press. readings; it was ALWAYS at 40psi before, now it is 45 -50 cold, up to 55or 60 at cruise. Not bad for 230+k miles, eh?

This is not a paid advertisement and is not endorsed by anybody but me. Leroy doesn't even know I am doing this.

Hey, thank you for the kind words. I very much appreciate it.
Looking forward to pictures. I like to see the subtle differences in the installs.

Here are some pics (finally)

I finally got my camera back, 4 years later.
The neat copper bracket , the long extension hose, the "bottom" of the OPS are all center frame.

Also in pic; brass T for heater, 1" CDR hoseand custom fittings, and cool white cable ties on the heater hose.;)
