Just noticed a bit of a temp rise as of late with my 6.5-2500.Today went to look at a shed across town. After she warms up the temp guage reads just a touch over 190.Well when i started up the hill 6% grade it started to climb very close to 210 then it went back down to 200 is this bad?The outside temp was around 110 outside.I had the A/C on and pulling a hill for about 7 miles. She cooled right down on the way back home going down hill.I didnt go over 55-60mph.What do you think?

Not pulling anything ? You need to clean your radiator. You should not be running that hot with no load. You need to Completley Remove the radiator, The A/C condensor and the oil/trans coolers lay them on the ground and then wash them with gunk etc.. Don't say you can look in there without dissassembly and think it looks clean. Trust me on that. It's not. There are upgrades availible for cooling but if your not towing you should not need them.
I would start there first. I guarantee it's dirty.
As far as Temps..210 is the limit. Over 210=$$$ new motor(unless you ask Ron, He says it's ok to 235 but we won't go there). UNder 210 preferably around 190, ideal.
There are other things that can make your rig run hot but start with spring cleaning. You may save a lot of money in un needed parts.

210 IMO is the safe limit. 220-230 dangerous... Mine will kick up to 210 before fan clutch kicks in. My truck is heavier than that and mine never goes to 210 w/out towing or w/plow. Do the cleaning recommendations Aces suggested.

The AC Condenser likes to block the radiator... Fortunately for me, I don't have AC to wrory about that :)

I will do the cleaning as mentioned as it can't hurt.It was maybe one mark down from the 210 mark but very close. It usually stays around 190 mark just kind of crept up a bit pulling the hill, plus it was very hot out(was empty no load).
