Oil Pressure gauge flutter

Hey guys,
I have good oil pressure I tested with a mechanical gauge. But at idle the electrical gauge the needle bounces back and forth between 30 and 40 psi. I replaced the OPS but it still does it. Any ideas? Thanks

It is normal while driving but fluctuates off power idling down from a steady cruise.
