My oil pressure is reading on the gauge just over three quarters of the dial and my Engine temp never get above 170. I had high oil pressure reading problems on another vehicle and it was the oil pressure sensor. I'm guessing my temp sensor is off as well or someone yanked out the thermostat for a road side repair, I've done that myself.
No noises, smells, smoke or power lose
Any other things I should be looking for? 2000 chevy 3500 TD F-vin.

Also check the grounds on the engine. A loose or weak ground will cause the guages to go way off as they work off of a resistive sender to tell the guage what to read.
