i changed the oil in my truck on the 21st of march it is now the 1st of april and i checked the oil today and it was down to the add mark on the dipstick:eek::eek: it is leaking some but its only about 4 or 5 drops on the ground when it sits all day at work

also my low coolant light keeps coming on. the radiator is full and the res is up to the mark. any one know where the sensor is for that??

Stupid question, but, did you run the truck after you checked the oil when you first did the change? The level could be good until you start it and fill the filter up. Just a thought. The low coolant sensor is on the reservoir.

It's a 93. The coolant level sensor is on the passenger side of the radiator tank. How much oil did you put in when you changed it? For some odd reason my 92 takes 8 quarts. Not 7 as published.

i put in 8 and ya i did check it after i ran it a while

so the sensor is in the radiatior bout a 3rd of the way down correct so it must be bad sense the radiatior is full. it dose turn off after the truck is warmed up

thanks guys
