Changed my oil today and noticed bottom of pan and starter had oil on them. Where on passenger side shoud I start looking? All help appreciated.

possible rear main but I'd start by checking that the oil doesn't have a fuel smell to it. The FFM is notorious for leaking in the valley and picking up sludge to look like oil. also valve cover

Also check the OPS, oil pressure switch/sender, isn't leaking. There is a plug for the cam on the rear of engine that also leaks now and then, rare.
Yes turbo is really in the way and it's quicker to remove it and *Cough upgrade it* at the same time.

Oil is cheap vs. fixing leaks so think about it hard before tearing into a 20 year old pickup for a minor leak.
