Ok so as you might or might not know I melted my nice new jasper 6.2 build buy installing the IP cover wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad2: More to come on that once I get this new motor running with out dumping oil out the rear main seal.

OK in my hast to get the motor in over the week end totally forgot to replace the rear main which I pretty much thought was bad from sitting for four years on the farm:eek: (motor came out of a 87 C30 box van,j code, 660 block also Slim turned up the fuel & IP pressure for me when he & Turbine Doc where over on Sat) So after getting motor in and firing it!! Of course it was leaking like a sieve (also has a bunch of blow by & smokes a bit at idle). But Monday after work I started it up and let it run No leak with Oil pressure & 60psi ??? So i started to think CDR maybe?? Did the water test and nothing no suction or bubble?? So today I bypass it CDR and got the water to come up the tube but it bubble when i let off the throttle. Still leaked but only a little, so i went for a drive truck blew a ton of grayish white smoke the one time I got on it. When I got home it was leaking bad again, and the the blow by seamed to be white in color also it was not smoking at idle anymore???

So what I need is HELP is this a seal problem, pressure problem or multiple problems????? Again does not leak at idle!!! only after I apply throttle does it start leaking a bit and only after driving does it really leak and not stop!!!!!:confused::confused:

Hey call Turbine Doc or give me a call. I am not in cell phone service until tomorrow afternoon. I think you have a crank case pressure problem, not a rear main leak.
