I ordered the larde one for block to adaptor and one for the bolt from the hummer place that starts with KASC and the one for the bolt is metal instead of rubber. Will it woprk or does anyone have the gm # so I can get it local? Thanks in advance.

The metal washer is for an older type adaptor that had no 0 ring groove on the bolt.
Try a hydraulic repair shop for the 0 ring,..that's were i get mine if i need one.

There are 2 sets of o-ring, looks like you are looking for 97:

O-Ring for Filter adapter:
ID OD Width
GM part number 12559583 smallest o ring is standard o-ring 115
115 11/16 7/8 3/32 0.674 ± 0.009 0.103 ± 0.003

GM part number 12559584 medium o ring is standard o-ring 215
215 1 1/16 1 5/16 1/8 1.046 ± 0.010 0.139 ± 0.004

GM part number 12559095 largest o ring is standard o-ring 235
235 3 1/8 3 3/8 1/8 3.109 ± 0.024 0.139 ± 0.004

This is from my note, found it on cyberspace somewhere.
Please verify before you get it but as bison said you can get it from local hydraulic shop.

For online supplier check with Leroy Diesel.

Thanks. I just ordered from Leroy. I would have ordered there in first place, but didnt remember he sold them. I have bought alot of goodies there already, my favorite being ATT for gas mileage.

I've been getting 19.6 combined running empty while turkey hunting. thats 2.5 better with gm block and everything stock. I'm almost at end of things leaking on the truck.

My 360 jeep gets 9 combined, So my repowered 6.5 is like the equivelent of a Chevy volt that has a little power and drives like a lazy boy chair that leaks the fluid of the day.
