I just R&R'd my cooler lines and relocated and replaced the cooler. Without getting into all the details, keep in mind that if you relocate the cooler it better have lots of airflow. That is why it is in the rad area. The engine fan keeps the air moving even in stop and go traffic or idling. Otherwise you will have heat building up in the engine. Ram airflow is fine on the highway but otherwise it needs to be forced.
Trust me, I know.
If I could do it again, I would go with Greg's Lubrication Specialists Kit.

well i dont know where i am putting it yet just know it dos not fit where it was any more with the ATA intercooler set up i just fabed up! so i need somthing different!

You should be able to find an Earl's or Aeroquip dealer in your area. Both should have everything you need to fabricate the hoses. All of the large online speed shop places have them (Jegs, Summit). Another source is an industrial hose dealer. I suggest you change the oil cooler to one with pipe thread fittings as the original GM cooler has an unusual and hard to find fitting. Earls makes some nice coolers if you are relocating. Typically you buy the hoses, the hose ends and any adapters, such as the fittings into the block and oil cooler and then assemble yourself. If you go that route, I strongly suggest you buy a set of these tools . They make assembling the hoses MUCH easier. Try and use straight hose ends where possible as angled hose ends are much more expensive, but sometimes unavoidable. If you do not want to make your own hoses, the industrial hose dealer is your best bet, just triple check the lengths before your order the hoses as once they are made you are pretty much stuck with them. I use Earls hoses as a friend of mine is a dealer and I can get it for a good price, but if you just want quality hoses and don't really need the bling of stainless steel braided hoses, the industrial places have some very good fabric braided hoses that are more than good enough for oil lines. Just tell them what you are doing and they can suggest a hose. They do this stuff all day every day so a good shop will get you going.
