So the turkey is gone and we ate a ton of pumpkin pie …. Time to go work it all off!!! 
We are heading out to the dunes to warm up a bit and play with the family before the New Year begins.
We will be closed from December 21st, 2009 through January 4th, 2010. We will be processing online orders and shipping product until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday December 22nd. Any orders placed online during our closure will be processed after we return on January 4th. If you need to speak with someone to assist you with your order, please feel free to leave a message in the sales voicemail box. Along with online orders, returning the calls for sales help will be our main priority when we get back into the office.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their continued support and patronage. It has been a difficult year for many, and we thank you for helping us to get through it successfully. We look forward to moving on into 2010 with a positive outlook and anticipate another great year. We will be making some adjustments to become more efficient, including the new website being launched in January, and be able to provide the customer service you deserve. So many of our customers have given us great feedback on the way we do business and the level of customer service they receive. We thrive on good praise and want to hear more of it! So whatever we have to do to make more of you happy, we will. For me personally, when someone on the other end of the phone tells me that they really enjoyed talking to me or I’ve been a great help to them, it makes me feel appreciated and want to hear the next person tell me the same thing. I don’t know if it’s just a “girl” thing or not, but either way I like to hear the good stuff … So “Thank YOU” for thanking me! :wink5:
We hope you all have a great holiday and that most of you get some time off and spend it with your loved ones. If any of you happen to be out at Glamis between now and the New Year, stop by and say “Hi”! We’ll be the ones with a bunch of kids and a couple of ice chests fully stocked. :cheers2:
