no heater,no speedometer,no gear up -94 Suburban K2500 Z71 offroad

Do not understand...When blower dies,the speedometer stops and transmission don`t gear up...:mad2:
there is no power in the heaters fuse.
it has happend before,but then if I shut down and start up again everything works.
But now I don`t know what to do,don`t understand where the power has gone...
