We put a fresh rebuild engine, connect everything, then crank to bleed IP, and have nothing at injectors : nothing, rien, nada, ничего 何も :mad2:

we have fuel at he IP inlet, fuel filter manager well bleeded, full of fuel, plenty of fuel dripping out the Bleeding valve of the FFM

We tried two other PMD, new ones
new extension harnesses, or straight on OE harness
new CPS
new fuel shut off solenoid
check all grounds, fuses
check all connectors in harness in case we could have bent a prong
hot wired lift pump

IP? ... :???:

I just went through a similar situation. It was my first time firing a completely dry system. New IP, new injectors, etc. It took me literally 5hrs to get the air out and get fuel to the injectors. I had the battery charger set up on new batteries and I would crank and then let the starter cool. I too checked everything, swapped PMDs, the works and found no issues. I cracked all the injectors I could reach.... nothing or very little. I too thought about posting but could find no obvious problem. What I finally did was jump the lift pump on and pulled the little rubber lines off the injectors one at a time starting at the front. You could see it spit air and then fuel after a bit of time. When I had fuel coming out of the line I would put it on the injector nipple and then pull the line from the other side of he injector until fuel came out of the other injector nipple. I would then repeat this process until I got to the back. On the turbo side I did this with the number two injector, skipped the next two and I was able to reach the back one.

did you crank at the same time, or just do that with the lift pump running?

Make sure all the connectors are aligned properly.

There are a lot of cases where the PMD connectors' pin are not align when it is pluged in.

Air bubble in the transfer pump?? This would mean air in the supply line somewhere. Either that or a piece of sediment blocking the screen in the IP inlet.

Going to try a 3rd IP, but I have just a few hope. Really don't understand why we have no fuel at injectors.

Obviously the IP is not "told" when to inject fuel to injectors. We tried another ECM from a twin truck, same year, same numbers on the ECM tag, but still no luck...
