No dash or 4x4 indicator light

Truck is a 2006 2500 crew cab 4x4 duramax. I shorted out a light in my over head console while installing my radar detector.Found the fuses I blew and replaced,cured that problem.Now I have no dash lights and no 4x4 indicator lights.When I move the dimmer dial the lights on the radio will dim and get bright.Have checked all fuses I can find. Any advice would be appreciated.

I would check all fuses. Something has blew somewhere.
