No 4th gear and code 22

I have a friends truck over and its getting code 22. If Im correct code 22 tps sensor signal voltage low. Its shits hard and wont go into 4th. Its the same truck in my sig but a chevy/

Im going to check the tps, anyone have any idea what else to check?

there are 3 wires. live from the PCM(5v), ground and the variable . the voltage should be at .5 or so at idle up to 4.5 at wot. check the ground wire for it too.

I checked it and I didnt get the .5 to 4.5v. He said he ordered a new tps.
