Well, its official. I've joined the A Team. Let me just start off that I'm not here to try and sell it for them. I know in the past there have been a multitude of problems between sites and who feels what.(not problems with the turbo itself). I'm not here to cause problems, just to show off the new toy.

The day I recieved the turbo it was raining and being so anxious to instal it I pulled the truck half-way into the garage to explain a few pictures.

Wow, what a machine. A beautiful work of art that far superceeds the old GM-8. What a difference. Especially in exhaust note... The truck picks up so much faster, and feels like its running quite a bit smoother as well.

Drool as you please :D

I got no sound from the video. Is it just me?

Edit: never mind I got sound now. BTW, did you see what your nieghbors cat did to your camera while you were out driving around the niegborhood?

Now that is a loud rig. My dog was in the other room and had to come check out the racket. She looked all around and then realized it was the computer. lol. :D

Now you get a slight idea why the neighbors didn't and (still don't) like my truck at 05:00 in morning when I go to work. I know, but who could resist every now and then. :rolleyes5:

that is way loud, now I know why one of the POs put on this huge Banks muffler, and it is huge. I plan to take it off though when I get an ATT and put on a much smaller free flow muffler/resonator.

the video doesn't do the truck as much justice as it deserves. Poor camera quaillity, but you get ther basic idea. ITS LOUD. But while in the cab its not as bad. 3" DP into 2 4' sticks of 3" exhuast tubing bring it to the end of the bed. Then a 3" turndown just to keep it from covering the rear end in soot... again lol.

Ha the neighbors cat doesn't come ANYWHERE near my truck anymore. Damn thing wouldn't get off my driveway so(had the truck running at the time) I floored it.... oddly enough I havent seen it since... And that was before the ATT.

i like it but let us know how it goes with no programming because i think thats how im going to go

The turbo is not dependent on the computer or chip being re flashed. The chip and or computer re flash will give you more fuel and that in turn will give you more performance. Also timing TDC offset (computer controlled) or if your running a mechanical pump initial base timing and the advance cam should be adjusted to get the best performance and fuel economy.

I am all about fuel economy, and performance;the two go hand in hand up to a point.
