new search verification questions????

Thats interesting. Does it always ask for verification to search for anything or is this random? I'd like to know if everyone is getting this because its highly annoying and discourages people from using it.

That usually happens when People aren't Logged in.

I cleared browser and was not logged in, surprised by question, is it on a random generator
