Few weeks ago, I posted looking for opinions on parking lights. Now that Ive gotten a chance to install everything, I figured Id share what I found and how they look.

I ordered my headlights from LMC. A bit more expensive than ebay, but I figured Id have better luck with the quality and fitament of the lights in the grill. The end result: Dont waste your money on headlights from LMC. Go buy the exact same ones on ebay for alot less. Now dont get me wrong, the lights look great, but they have the same issue of sticking out past the grill as most other aftermarket lights ive encountered. I also ended up using a dremel tool to widen the 4 mounting holes to the core support. Without doing this the lights did not sit square in the grill and there was no room for adjustment in the mounting holes. Easy fix, but the install took a bit longer than I had planned.

As for the parking lights. I was very happy with the look and the decision to buy the stock style lenses. I would highly recomend this set from LMC.

I bought a set of phillips high power headlight bulbs also, to try and get a bit more light out of the stock wiring. I will eventually make a harness for full bat. voltage, but its not real high on the priority list now.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I was very happy with the look. Now Ill have to wait till dark to see if they are practical as well. The way it was before I felt like I was driving an old 6volt truck!
