New glow plugs installed

Ok, so I actually replaced the glows towards the end of November, but just now have gotten around to post some pictures of the carnage. It wasn't as hard as I expected and took about three hours with me taking my sweet time. I took out the inner fender and dropped the downpipe; I also cleaned a few grounds and did the battery mod. I replaced the glows with bosch Duraterms 60gs and also replaced the relay. Holy bowtie, what a difference!! I wait for the glows to do thier job, turn the key, and my motor doesn't even make one revolution and it fires right up. Just a slightest whiff of black smoke and she purrs like a kitten. I had a stupid grin on my face for at least a week and fell in love with the 'ol truck again. My wifey, I'm sure, got awfully tired of me telling her how well the truck was running and telling her to, "listen to this", everytime I started her up in the garage.(the truck, that is.)
I even went as far as to leave the truck outside when I knew it was going to dip below zero and see if it would start. After a long glow cycle, it fired right up before one complete revolution. The stupid grin continued. Anyway, I'll see if I can get these pics to show up correctly. Here goes:

Before that I think I might want to step up and buy an ATT turbo. But lately I've gotten a new money pit started called a gas golf cart.

I actually recommend the PCM be upgraded before the turbo. If the truck doesnt suit your liking then get the turbo, since its twice the cost and 10 times the effort to install.

I didn't think it would make that big of a difference W/O a different turbo. I'll have to consider the chip first if it does produce great results without the price.

an upgraded ECM will make a huge difference even with the stock turbo. If you do plan to one day upgrade to a different turbo you should include that in any conversations with the ECM supplier you talk with. Ed

Yes your programmer will want to know if a ATT is in your future at some point, if you run with GM turbo for now see what upgrade cost will be later.

I just put in my latest Heath version for the ATT this afternoon, alas I've got to go out of town next 2 weeks in the company car, & have only had 5 miles of driving with it, but it's very nice thus far will have to run it for testing when I get back.

Oh FYI Bill told me he soon was going to be lowering his flash pricing, he's tuning in house now vs outside tuner, said if folks would ask for him direct to inquire about the new price, said price change was so new that staff & web site has not been updated to reflect the new pricing.
