I'm new to the site, I am here to learn more about trucks and how to modify the truck in a intelligent way without destroying the old school look. I have my first truck project I'm usually a car guy so this 66 C30 is going to be a challenge. I'm trying to figure out how to use a newer 1-ton regular cab dually as my foundation with a 12v Cummins as the power plant. My goal is to start and have it finished by this time next year.

Thanks for the welcome. I will heavily document the swap. I have been looking for frames all day at used car parts online, going to purchase a 04 or later SWB 3500 frame. I want more suspension options no sells anything for the 66 1 ton. So it starts after the frame purchase.
