Need vehicle picture of K2500 8600# 1995 ABS wire route from the hub along the upper A arm to the frame. Had work done (upper/lower bushings) and not sure the wires were routed properly. Thx.

I don't have a pic, but it bolts onto one of the upper ball joint bolts, and then has 2 clips that hook onto the forwardmost a-arm on top.

A bit off subject but how often should the bushings be changed? What are the signs of worn out bushings?
Look at the bushings and see if they are cracking at the edges. You can do this with a flashlight. You can't put enough weight on it yourself to make a shot bushing move.

Other signs are feathering of the outside edges of the tires even with alignments.

Mine were so bad a bump in the road would try and change lanes. You could look at the front end and the tires camber would be visibly different from time to time depending if you had just turned before putting the wheels straight.

The upper bushings fail 2-3x more often than the lowers.

I used the poly bushings on both the 93 and the 95. Night and day difference. Get the black ones as the red ones squeak. Well worth the trouble to put in.

:nonod: I see the problem, they put the ball joint clip on the inside vs. the outside. So the wire is in the center vs. the edge...
