Been working on my 95 Seirra for about 2 wks checked wiring harness and fuel lines. Fixed some wiring and replaced all the return lines in driver side got smooth idle and motor runs longer, but it still stalls and cant get full throttle out of my motor without it acting like it is flooding out or it is losing fuel pressure but get black smoke out of the tail pipe whuch i know is raw fuel. Service throttle soon lights flashs and stops when idle changes.

Welcome aboard. If possible pull your PCM codes and post your results. This will give us a starting point on diagnosis. Also if you haven’t done so already install a piece of clear fuel line on the return from the IP to check for air intrusion.

Yup. Beg, borrow or buy a code reader, that will get the diagnosis started on the right track.
