I replaced the fuel sending unit, ran all new braided lines did a pre and post lift pump, used a walbro frc 10 and did a ffm delete, the pump runs really really loud and I am not even getting fuel to the IP, please help!

Use compressed air into the fuel tank to push fuel to the lift pump. Then when I got a little fuel to the IP, I just started the truck and let the IP help the lift pump get any air out of the system.

May need to prime the pre LP filter first with some fuel.

Jump the LP so it runs all the time to prime the air out of the system up to the IP.

Crack one of the injector line to get the air out of the Injector.

Of course, the truck needs 2 strong tip top shape batteries for this.

Is the new fuel sock on the fuel sending unit different the the old one? I would suggest dropping the tank and removing the sock before it makes you walk. The knock off sock on aftermarket sending units/pickup assemblies do not have the bypass valve in it. Same part as the gas version pickup it appears... The screen in the Walbro will do the same job as the sock and is easier to get to.

Nope this is the metrum FSU from PMDcable

Are you happy with it? Just curious...

Not really so far, when I put the tank back up I had about 7-10 gallons and the tank read in empty i put 12 gallons in it and it read a quarter tank, I followed the directions just not sure, now I have to track the trip meter.
