Not new paint. Just spent the last 2 days detailing the truck to get it ready for sale. A little wet sanding on the heavier scratches, 2 different grade polishes and 2 coats of wax= brand new shine on a 16 year old truck .

is that a breather on the oil fill?
Yes. I re-routed the CDR from the valve cover back into the front oil filler neck. the replaced the oil fill cap with a vented cap to handle crank case pressure. Seems to have worked well and keeps all the oil residue out of the turbo inlet in the stock location.
