Need help identifying injection pump

The motor in question is a VM 3.8 or Detroit Diesel 638. The fuel isn’t getting pass the fuel pump. Looking for help identifying the pump and suggestions on where to buy a rebuild kit or a new unit.
The engine is sitting in a 1969 Rover.
