Need help 6.5 chevy

Welcome @racerallmine verify you have fuel pressure from the LP and the air purged from the filter. then make sure that when you have the key on, the fuel shut-off solenoid has power at it's connector. if all is good, it will take quite a bit of cranking to see fuel at the IP lines at the injectors. leave the line nuts loose on the injectors and crank away but with good hot batteries.

don't overheat the starter. crank in cycles of 30 seconds crank, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds crank, then let it rest and cool for 30 minutes while the batteries are on the charger. once you see the line nuts begin to leak fuel, tighten them up and it should start up, stumble a bit and then run.

whatever you do, do NOT use starting fluid!

If no go, then you need to make sure that when you installed the engine, you have all three grounds with a solid connection on the intake near the passenger side rear head. they are usually right next to the trans dipstick tube. if you have a scanner, connect it and make sure you can communicate and see RPM when cranking.

Welcome to the forum @racerallmine
It usually requires a lot of cranking with those line nuts loose.
After loosening them line nuts a couple or three turns, be sure each fuel pipe will move slightly between the nut and the injector.
If the flare has seated against the injector the air will not bleed out of the pipes.
If the pipe flares seem to be seated and stuck, give the pipes a gentle rap with a end wrench or small hammer to jar them loose.
