Hey Guys, not sure if this is nation wide but, when I went to pick up a NAPA Gold filter the manager told me that all napa oil filters were on sale for the month of March. $3.90 ea. - I bought 4 
Then my wife calls me from Wally world about 30 minutes ago and asked me "hey isn't the ac delco filter number for your old truck 1218?" I said yup (gotta make a man proud that his wife knows part number for the oil filter) - the automotive manager was marking down those filters for clearance as a discontinued item - they were $1.50 ea - she bought all 5 of em. ):h
Now I have 9 friggin oil filters sitting on the shelf in my shop at almost 200,00 miles on the odometer, I'm not sure she'll last long enough to use em all. lol
Starting to feel like the Y2K scare...you know, "filters made on or before 12-31-99 will stop filtering oil at 12:00:01 on 1-1-2000" - and while you're at it pick up 20-30 5 gallon buckets of peas and beans........
