My Pictures On Restricted Site????

I was palying around with my photos and today and I guess accidently sent them to a restricted site. When I click on my photos at the bottom right it says restricted sites. It isn't a website but , when I put the cursor on it it says to double click to change security settings. The problem is it only for web sites to change not photos. How do I change my photos back to an unrestricted site.

Are you using Firefox? If so, go to Tools --> Options

Click on Exceptions

Remove any sites from the blocked sites list

Click OK

No Firefox, what I did was just restore my laptop the day before. Not sure what I did to put my pics on restricted site. How do you like firefox ? Thanks for the suggestions
