Looks sexy!

Why not just upgrade to a 120" and sell me your 107? :hihi::hihi:

Me and my TC88 have a love/hate thing goin on. Post some pics of your ride up Greg.

I'll be the 1st to admit I am a fair weather rider...

If I need to bundle up & put on snowmobile gear then you will find me on a warm bar stool I don't like the cold LOL

Hahaha, I'm the same way. When I was younger, I rode in every condition possible. Not anymore LOL. Sweet ride ya got there!! My Heritage is still in hibernation.

That's a really sharp looking bike Greg. Maybe share with us a video or some sound with those new heads on there. When I had my bike, I would always take advantage of that first 40 degree day in Feb. or March. But I was young. Now if I had a bike, I think I would feel more like you Greg. I'll wait until it gets in the 50's. HAHA!

107 build complete

The build went together without a glitch.

The motor is now 107 & the build consist of:
CP forged pistons domes +3cc
BC Gerolamy heads 88cc's = 10.59 static compression
Dave Mackie 598 cams = 192# cranking compression with compression releases
S&S G carb, Daytona Twin Tech ignition with custom map, 3.37 final gear ratio & Bub7 2 into 1 exhaust

I must be living right the deck height turned out very near zero front & back with no mods needed ;)

My only issue was grinding the lower rocker boxes to clear the larger valves & keepers on the BC Gerolamy heads. The lower rocker boxes would not even fit over the valve springs initially. Some grinding took care of that, plenty of clearance now.

1st heat cycle complete at 11am...very quiet I am very pleased

2nd heat cycle 2pm

4pm 20 miles shake down ride, it revs quick though I did not take the rpms over 3K...yet all in good time :)

I'll try to get it over for a dyno run in the near future...:D

I am itching to try a set of Tman performance 650 cams with a +4 gear, prolly not a good idea but I'm a sick puppy

Sorry no pics, my camera shit the bed, got get a new one...:mad2:

I'd be real interested in the dyno #s after the break in.
And yes, you're sick! Haven't been over 3 grand and yer talkin' different cams...:nonod:

:hello::D

Thanks all ;)

 yea I hear ya it's a sickness I have. I almost like wrenching on em as much as I like riding

It was never a slouch before...it was just hard starting & harder to set the timing curves on. It made 117Tq & 115Hp before as a 103 but the compression was 11/1 :D I got tired of changing out starters & ring gears as it would eat those like a beaver in a wood pile . After market larger starter & different ring gear manually holding down the rear compression release would help along with adjusting the delay & start up timing curve but it was a PIA when I rode up to the north woods. Some places up north you can only get 87 octane fuel, chit some of the places up there yr just happy to get fuel period.

So I opted to drop the compression back down a little to 10.59/1 & up the cubes to 107 to try & offset the compression loss...my real concern is the new heads are BIG & lower compression may not work well with that combo...:skep:

I'll post up the dyno results here after I get err done, hoping at least to keep what I had, more would great...we'll see.

I'm thinking you are going to need to throw the bike in the bed of the truck and bring it to the GTG this spring. :hihi: I would love to see this beast in person!

Great job again and a tip of the cap to you for your hard work on your two wheeled baby.
