My LLY ECM reads as an LBZ

Got a question, when i hook up my flashscan tool to my truck it will only read the ECM as an LBZ. By everything we have to identify which duramax is in my truck it is an LLY, the vin#, badges etc.. Does this happen often? I have no real issue with it, i can still tune and everything just fine, i just wondered if it is wierd that it reads as an LBZ?
 
Since yours is a 06 it will. Same computer, different programming.

I heard that the computers are the same in them but hadnt talked to anyone tuning that had this come up.
I have been running that 425RWHP tune since we wrote back and fourth about it, no problems at all so far and i still love the mileage and power i am getting. Thanks for all the help.
