unbolt and remover the factory airbox, then get NAPA 2790 airfilter and factory hose clamps right on it. these filters have a much greater surface area. and are designed to filter lots off dirt. these filters are ran on dozers graders the bigger cummins motors ad work very well in high dirt enviroment.

you can cross the NAPA 2790 number to many other brand filters, most all big truck shops will have them instock.

i was reserching doing a full intake and found this. my mileage is upp atleast 2mpg. i get 17 around town now and used to get 15. ive done no other mods to the truck.

theres plans floatn around the net on how to make an airbox for it. but i feel its good how it is.

whistles like big truck now. even wistles on deceleration. i get looks drivn around town. people walkn down the street will turn and see whats comeing up behind them.

when shes loaded puln a grade it rumbles through glove box somethn feirce.

lol. Cool. I got the same sounds when I put the K&N kit on my Silverado. Love the turbo whistle.
