Ok so I called my neighbor over when it was time fire up my truck after putting it back together. I took off my Carhartt and told hit "if it starts to rev up plug the intake". When the truck fired up well lets just say it was a good thing he was there  ... WOW that was a scary sound!

Ok I am pretty sure the error is in the way i put the cover back on. Do I put it off set toward the front or rear and slide it back in line.

Using the throtle linkage shaft that runs side to side with a spring on it as a reference, where does the shut off solenoid lever go?

Dont know if this pertains...........I was just over on standynes web site doing a little research and in the operations manual for the DB4 it shows a little wire during the assembly to hold the electric shut off plunger away from the arm so it is in the correct spot. I will try and send the manual to you as I saved as a pdf.

Ok, I figured it out! I had a spring on bound up inside. WHEW!!!! I fired it up after putting it together right and she purrs like kitten, well a very pissed off kitten right now. It actually blows smoke now when i lug it down! Hopefully is clears up after the HX gets thrown on but it has alot more power already.

I replaced the OPS which was broken in half, spare 93 lift pump (i will install the frb5 when i get the fittings from burning oil and a relay kit from kennedy), found out why my high idle does not work, It is dry rotted and cracked to pieces, and the turbo defineately does not produce boost (WG is frozen up).

I turned the IP up ~5/8 of a turn, I have guages on the way so I will check EGT's soon.
