well through much effort, a favor and some digging I was able to get in touch with JD and dropped him a hello. I gave it a 20% chance of success at best and he wrote back. Given what he wrote it was ok by him to share so here it is and he will be back when settle in a bit better. It made a lousy day a bit better so enjoy...:D
BTW Source of contact is highly classified so please don't ask. G20 or better...:D

Hello Ken - appreciate the kind kudos, surprised and glad to hear from you, and thanks for the link - long story short, I moved from Houston\Harris county to north of Cleveland in Liberty county, loaded two 40' containers, three 20' containers, two 24' open trailers, four 16' open trailers to get the job done - did it all by myself beginning in Feb this year, just completed the move in Sept - bought an old Allegro motor home to live in, now have lites and water, but no hot water, and need to tie in the sewage - just got internet, but no tv up here in the sticks - lite poles don't even have telephone lines installed, it's all cellular here - I am one tired old man, so settling in slowly, got several year's unpacking to do

Tim calls once in a while, lets me know what's going on, but I don't yet have time to resume visiting the forums - had to get internet to pay my bills, use Craigslist to find various necessities required to modify my surroundings out here in this undeveloped wilderness - it gets very dark when the sun goes down, with no local city lites to hilite the nite sky - it's miles from nowhere but sure is relaxing, even with all the required work

So, that's my story, and I'm stickin' to it - hope to get settled enuff to get back online, soon - once more into the breech, me lads, as it were - again, surprised to see your email, was just checking for responses on farm implements from Craigslist - anyway, let Tim know you found me, haven't heard from him in a while - guess I haven't been on-forum since way before they changed the name, so I'm way out of it, can barely remember what is a pmd\fsd - ennyhoo, if anyone is interested, tell 'em ole jd's still alive and kickin' it - drop me a line once in a while and I'll make the time to respond

Thats a good one!!.........Holy Mackrol, How'd you find him....PM me Kenny.

Nope. Not even close. TD would never divulge it. Nope it was way harder than that. All I'll say is he belonged to many other forums and his name actually comes up in Google search.. That is your only bread crumb. And believe me it took alot of searching...I searched for many months and in the end it was under my nose all the time...I tried to PM you back but much like a prostitute with a runny nose...Your box is full....

Thanks for sharing, Kenny - and no, I won't ask or talk. JD knows how to find people when he wants, and some of us already know how to find him when we want, so when he's ready, he'll be found.

It's important to know that he's doing fine and things are coming together in his new digs... we share the lance, we honor the banner. "divide et impera"

Hmmm...

Wow, he is really in the netherworld. Glad to hear from him.

I learned a lot from his post in the other forum when I just got started as owner of 6.5 Diesel.
