Good day all,

I have been given a complete front end from a 1995-1996 K1500 truck.

I so should have the opportunity - if doable - to swap the lower control arms to my 1994 BLAZER.

My BLAZER has the "riveted / bolt-on" pattern lower ball joint,

as the one from the truck gets the "press to fit" ones.

Other than that, the lower control arms look similar, and according to the part catalog, they do share the same bushings.

Question is : does anybody can tell me if these lower control arms will interchange? It seems they should, but if I can get confirmation
that should potentially save time and pain ;)

If they do, this is perfect: I could prepare the new control arms, so once ready, I just have to pull the "old" ones and replace them.

Couple things, the ball joint taper dia. and torsion hex. Better check that.

What about basic length and width stuff?

Other than that? :dunno:

I THINK they interchange, but the stamped arms with press in ball joints are alot lighter duty than the riveted ones.
