On his way home from Suncoast his truck started puking and he's stuck roadside in need of assistance.
He thinks it injectors...white smoke, slowing down, injector knock. 1st generation (01-04). Throwing a code P0280.

If anyone is in the area, he's in Mississippi on I10 20-30 miles east of the Loiusiana State Line. PM me please for his phone #.

If there is any temp fix to limp it home please post it up and I can relay it or get you Paul's cell number and you can call him.

Thanks guys! I hope someone is on that can help.

I just chatted with Paul...his truck won't be going home under it's own power. Too much risk of contamination.
It looks like he's gonna need a trailer and a truck to pull it to get it out of there.
He's going to call me if something breaks loose on his end.

I wish I could help too...

Just a little bit, eh? I don't think Good Sam Emergency Road Service would be too fond of a two hour pull to get it home either.

I just got off the phone with Pepp, someone just arrived with a trailer, so he's getting it home tonight.
He needs his truck for work Monday too, so he's got a full plate tomorrow. Fun fun.

Looks like we're all done here...closing it down.
