Does anyone know that number for my 97 lift pump relay. The oem one lasted til last fall and I got one from Napa and it just diesd again. Thanks in advance. I looked in part # sticky.

Go to Rockauto.com catalog and drill down to your rigs fuel pump relay.

Looks like there were at least 5 different possible Delco relays for your truck.

Thanks, only problem is I manage to pick the wrong one without fail. Im just sick of paying 17 bucks for aftermarket crap that last months and cannot finfd the oroginal bad one for the #. I'll do some research off the echlin # for cross reference and sort it out. Thanks again, by the way rock auto is great on price point alone. Napa is slowly going donwhill as mom/pop Napa are becoming scarce and newer mcparts one charge more for overhead or the sea of kubotas at nearby one. The last fuel filter was 5 bucks more than the small Napa a little farther away.

Update, got right one from The Rock. ACdelco #D954A, GM#12193602. On Rock its described as 5 pin relay. The Echlin new out of box NFG. On my 97 if the LP doesn't run for 5 seconds after shutting down 6.5, the relay is bad.

Echlin used to be pretty reasonable stuff. Right up there with Standard Motor. :(

Just curious.
5 terminal...
Bosch type Mini ISO or Omron type ISO 280 relay?
SPDT or dual 87?

Bosch type Mini ISO Relays are 1" cubes with 1/4" terminals.
Omron Mini ISO 280 relays have 1/8" terminals.
GM used both on the T400 chassis.

1 inch cube with 1/8 inch terminals so Omron I guess. First time I ever used aftermarket parts on this truck. Never had problems with Echlin before and never will again.
