If you had a 2wd Dmax, would you lift or lower it if you wanted to change the look? I would lower it... Nothing like a lowered truck blowing black smoke:D

2WD= Lower it...

4x4= Raise it! :D

JMO...

For some reason i just want to have a reason to put a set or BFG G-Force T/A's on it.:eyebrows: Definately loose some of the functionality of the truck though.:pop2:

Yea. Thats my thinking. There still really quick lifted or at stock height, you can go alot of places, and it gives it a tuff look IMO..

I'm still debating the 4" Tuff Country...:D

I like both looks but for me if I did anything I'm going low. I have a 2wd Dmax which has been stuck in wet grass in the backyard. I would hate to get stuck after installing a lift and super swampers:lol: plus being low would make it alot easier to load the bike.

tuff country? :puke: thats not one of the better kits in my opinion.I had one on an old chevy and it rode like crap. and my toy store says not much has changed. how about a cognito kit? or maybe BDS. a local guy here has a 6 inch BDS and says it rides like stock.

as for lifting or lowering the 2wd... I have seen one or 2 lowered with a nice set of rims that look really good. i'm a lifted truck kinda guy myself, but sometimes that slammed look looks good when done right.

I agree about the lifting comments. I have a few friends who have a Tuff Country, But, its just an option. When the time comes for a lift, I will reasearch and consider all options..

Imo

Very well put!

Go w/ what you like...Your ride should be an expression of your self, ego, or needs. LOL!

I would deffinatley lower it to some extent . I still need the functionality of the truck so I dont think it will be scraping frame .I just want a nice clean look with no wheel well gap
