I finished a Teds motor install and have a fuel leak from the ffm. Upon Removal the nut holding the fuel heater was loose, but removed heater from housing to see what crap collected there. The element has burned out and a small hole is on the element. Will fuel leak out through the hole and out the wire from heater? Also who sells these, that don't cost more than the whole FFM. napa wants 220 and I found the whole ffm for 209

You found your leak for sure. Had one do the same thing with the pinhole.

Been looking for that one for a a while. Came and went. Got a soleniod width to short code yesterday and went looking for air leaks. Found that on suction side of lp. Drove it got to short and to long width and good leak from bottom of ffm. I'm running out of old parts to break or already broken. The truck runs pretty good, still shaking things loose and finding leaks. Swapping Brake master cylinder and leaking rear wheel seal tomorrow.

 It gets better! You get to swap parts under 'lifetime' warranty next...

This truck has claimed the money pit trophy from my Jeep. I'll have to drive it till I take a dirt nap and be buried in it to get half the money out of it.

I got a the fuel heater off Amaz... with free shipping for 74 clams. Wix #24922 is their part #, but in the box the instructions are from Stanadyne. It was the same part as oem as #on old part was same.
